Mcwbd.xyz ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online betting and gaming service provider based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by mcwbd — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and all other sections of the platform.

The terms and conditions on this page have been written in plain Bangla for easy understanding. However, if there is any discrepancy between the Bangla and English versions, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

Mcwbd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Registered users will be notified of any changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To register with mcwbd, you must provide accurate and complete information. mcwbd reserves the right to cancel any account created using false or incomplete details.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• You must provide accurate details at registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Your national ID or passport details will be required during KYC verification.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until KYC is completed.
• Registering multiple accounts using the same NID or passport is prohibited.
• Any changes to your account information must be reported to mcwbd support without delay.

Mcwbd services are available to users aged 18 and above only. It is strictly prohibited for minors to open or use an account.

The following individuals are not eligible to open an account on mcwbd:

• Any individual under the age of 18.
• Anyone who has previously self-excluded from mcwbd.
• Anyone previously banned from mcwbd.
• Any mcwbd employee or their close family members (in relation to promotional betting).

Mcwbd may request additional documentation at any time to verify your age. If satisfactory proof is not provided, the account will remain suspended.

Payment methods supported on mcwbd include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards. Available payment methods may change from time to time.

Withdrawals are returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit. Requests to withdraw through a different method will require additional verification. mcwbd reserves the right to suspend any suspicious transaction as part of its anti-money laundering measures.

If a deposit transaction fails but the amount has been deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 72 hours. If the refund is delayed, please contact support.

The following rules apply when placing bets at mcwbd:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any bet placed before an odds change will be settled at the odds that were in effect at the time the bet was placed.
• If a match is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg will be settled at 1.00 odds and the rest of the bet will continue as normal.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, mcwbd reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In-play betting odds change in real time. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to network delay, it may be voided.

Mcwbd reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any individual — particularly where suspicious betting behaviour is detected.

Mcwbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page. Please read these carefully before claiming any bonus.

General rules regarding bonuses:

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.
• Check the wagering requirements before placing bonus bets — bonuses may not apply to all markets.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same household or device is not permitted.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Mcwbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to keep your mcwbd account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact mcwbd support immediately and change your password.
• Logging in from a public or shared device can put your account at risk.

Mcwbd will not be held liable for account data theft caused by a third party — including cases resulting from the user's own negligence. However, mcwbd accepts full responsibility for any breach of its own internal systems.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mcwbd. Any violation may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

1. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
2. Coordinated betting with the intent to abuse bonuses.
3. Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
5. Attempting to access another user's account.
6. Cyberattacks targeting mcwbd's systems or network.
7. Betting while involved in match fixing or spot fixing.
8. Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions.

Mcwbd reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Any suspicion or evidence of a breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Legal directives from regulatory authorities.

Users are generally given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (excluding bonuses) before an account is closed. However, if prohibited activity is proven, the balance will be forfeited.

Users may also close their own account at any time by submitting a request to support. Before closing, make sure to withdraw all valid balances remaining in your account.

Mcwbd believes betting is a form of entertainment. We place the highest importance on our users' well-being and mental health.

Responsible betting tools available at mcwbd:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time — anywhere from 1 week to 1 year.
• Cooling-Off: Take a 24–72 hour cooling-off period for a short break.
• Betting History Review: Review your betting patterns and stay self-aware.

If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life or your family's, please contact mcwbd support right away.

If you have a dispute regarding a betting outcome or transaction, please contact mcwbd customer support first. Provide full details of your complaint — including the match name, date, stake amount, and reason for the dispute.

The support team typically reviews complaints within 48–72 hours. Complex cases may take longer.

If you are unsatisfied with a support decision, you may escalate the complaint to a higher level through our escalation process. mcwbd's final decision is generally considered binding; however, in serious disputes, the option for mediation through an independent third party is available.

Mcwbd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email address or through a platform notification.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you object to the new terms, please close your account and withdraw your balance.
